
Nick Knightly’s story starts far from the insurance world. He grew up on a ranch outside of Great Falls, Montana, where he learned the values of hard work, independence, and doing things the right way.
After spending time working in the Montana oil fields, Nick made the move to Texas in 2015 in search of greater opportunity. Shortly after arriving in the Houston area, he entered the Medicare industry as an agent. It didn’t take long for him to realize he was capable of building something bigger.
Through a commitment to integrity, consistency, and results, Nick quickly moved into leadership. He built and developed one of the top-performing teams in his organization. That momentum led him to launch his own brokerage, where he could create a culture focused on both client service and agent success.
Today, Nick leads a growing agency that is consistently recognized for outstanding production and performance. Under his leadership, both he and his agents continue to earn multiple awards year after year. More importantly, they have built a reputation for putting people first and doing business the right way.
Nick’s mission is simple. He helps clients navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence while creating real opportunities for agents who want to grow and succeed in the industry.
When he is not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, Abbigaile. Whether it is camping, hosting events with his agency family, or tending to his collection of hot pepper plants, he values time spent with the people closest to him.
